10_Source_Repositories

Purpose

Intended as a landing area for full clones of upstream source repositories relevant to Multi-PROG scripting and adjacent automotive/ECU tooling.

Current status

Empty. The repository's genuinely useful upstream clones (CarKeyGuyNL/Multi-Prog-Scripts, js-crc, and small gist snapshots) live under 08_Collected_MultiPROG_Scripts/GitHub/ with provenance notes in that folder's README.md. Larger reference-only repositories are catalogued by URL only in 02_Resource_Catalog/links.csv, not vendored.

Recommendation

Until a concrete reason emerges to split "generic source repository clones" from 08_Collected_MultiPROG_Scripts/GitHub/ (which is Multi-PROG/scripting-specific), keep new full-repository clones there for a single source of truth. Revisit this folder if a future need arises for a broader collection scope (e.g. non-Multi-PROG-specific automotive tooling repositories) that doesn't fit 08_Collected_MultiPROG_Scripts's scope.
